Who We are?

Dr.Cho has founded the MTI in 1985. That is service Engineering for aerospace industry and He had spin off to MXF from MTI. In order to work for several item business he has founded A-Tech group at U.S.A.
 He was the Principal Inventor of Monochromatic X-ray and Multi-spectral X-ray Filter for the CT and Scanning X-ray system.  He currently works on the Tunable Monochromatic X-ray Scanning System.  He has over twenty five years of technical experience in system engineering and system development related with space technology.  He has experience in Information Technology, Space Systems Technology, Communication Systems, Engineering Systems Analysis, Control Systems Engineering, and Analog and Digital Electronic Design & Development.

 December 30,2015 ~ Present Appointed as adviser of Korea Convergence Security Institute under Defense minister in Korea. 

[Technology]
 He has supported ASTRO-E, ASTRO-E2 and CON-X of NASA/GSFC for the X-ray Telescopes for the space technologies since 1995. 
 He has been consulting Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) since 1990. He has consulted KARI to process the international bidding of KOMPSAT-1 Satellite Ground Station and Data Processing Network. He was supporting KARI as a program management advisor for the KOMPSAT-2 Satellite Program.
 He had consulted in the development of the conceptual system design of NorStar Ka-band communication satellite. He worked in the development of a spacecraft design for the Strategic Defense Initiative's LACE (Low Power Atmospheric Compensation Experiment) program at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington D.C. 
 Since 1986, He has won more than 50 U.S. Government Contracts including 14 R&D contracts and TSDIS (TRMM Science Data Information System) Mission Operation and Data Analysis for NASA/GSFC.

 Mr. Lee started Kim Cheon City Hall public official and worked as below during 18th years. Dept of Public Service, the citizens of administrative support, Dept of planning & Management,: Also Set a disaster recovery budget due to typhoon of “LUSA”(USD$4.9B), Dept of General Affairs, each Department business support, Dept of Economic knowledge, property rights, product distribution, crackdown, overseas marketing, Dept of information Technology for each Department to the computerized system building, business development, Dept of Special Agriculture special agriculture funding, Dept of Construction research, development, Director, Dept of Disaster & management, disaster response development,deployment of system, management. 
 He got education of Canada's F.R.E.E in solar, wind,  2006 to present AT Corp., LTD, energy saving for LED Application and wind power, solar, grafting techniques development, operating. Also had invented high technologies for LED lights and apply to 3 patented.
 2012 The WEF Korea representatives were appointed. The WEF(World Energy Forum) conference held with UAE(Ministry of Energy UAE) in Seoul. Supported UN Future Forum in Korea(CEO Jerome C. Glenn).

 April 8,2015 ~ present Appointed as Director of Korea Affairs in Republic of Korea under the office the Executive Chairman of Asian Economic Advisory Commission for the County Executive of Nassau County.
